
✦June Brown bought her first Mac in 1987, but considers herself to have been basically a novice until she joined BMUG and began exploring new possibilities. Her new MacBook Pro is her fourth computer, and now she’s really getting up to speed with iPhoto, Photoshop Elements and Pages. June’s professional background was in the Victorian Education system, and her input helps BMUG to stay focused on the real needs and interests of members.
✦Margaret Boyles - coming from an administrative background, Marg is a confident Mac user in her areas of interest but admits there is still much to learn - an iLife fan, she is the BMUG Membership Secretary.
✦Dick Brown - comes from a life in photography - student, employee, freelance and finally lecturer/Dept. Head. Now happily retired and taking digital photographs and listening to music. Dick is currently the BMUG President.
✦Steve Craddock has worked as a professional desktop publisher and writer. Presently very interested in music, digital imaging and iWeb. Steve is the BMUG Manuals and enewsletter editor.
✦David Dixon is through and through a multi media man, specialising in iMovie, iDVD and iPhoto. David is the BMUG Librarian and also manages out MacPals program.
✦Graeme May is our resident accountant and recent convert from the PC world - a genuine committee asset. Graeme is the current BMUG Treasurer.
✦Don Patrick is particularly interested in digital imaging, and has an extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining Macs. Don is the BMUG Vice President and also serves as Webmaster for the group’s web site.

The BMUG Committee
✦Cliff Benson is a long time Macintosh user and professional graphics exponent. Cliff is also very well versed in computer maintenance and troubleshooting. Cliff oversees the running of the BMUG raffles and give-aways.
✦Des Graham is the most recently elected BMUG committee member, he comes with organisational experience in community service clubs and is a passionate Mac convert with a particular interest in travel and family film production using iMovie and iDVD.
✦Marnie Haig-Muir is an economic and social historian who retired from Deakin in 2004 and is still pursuing her research interests actively. She has been a Mac user since the late 1980’s and is very much a learning-by-doing type. With many years experience in ‘nuts and bolts’ word-processing, Marnie is now looking forward to finding out more about her Mac for fun things like photographs and music.
