Are you a BMUG member who is experiencing trouble with your Mac, your hardware or your software? Are there tasks that are causing you headaches?
Well, you’ve certainly come to the right place because we at BMUG will try to help you to the best of our ability. Before we go any further, we must ask you to do a few things for yourself, because BMUG believes in encouraging self-reliance.
Our Troubleshooting Guide, which you can download, will help improve your own skills and may even solve your particular problem — this is a very important step towards becoming a confident and independent Mac user.
We regret that we are unable to personally assist non-members.

Now let’s assume that after following the suggestions outlined in the Troubleshooting guide, you still find that you require assistance, then at this point you can seek help from BMUG.
If you have a BMUG MacPal, then that person naturally becomes your first point of contact and we invite you to email or phone them.
If not, please feel free to email one of the BMUG help team listed below. The BMUG helper will ask you what you have done to help yourself and will assess your problem to determine what level of help to recommend.
Occasionally, should the problem be beyond BMUG’s resources, we may need to refer you to a professional.
